Coffee And Coconut Oil

To prepare this treatment you need to have 100 grams of ground coffee, 45 ml of extra virgin coconut oil, 50 ml of aloe vera and 45 ml of water. Use a container to pour the ingredients and with a wooden spoon mix all the elements, until a thick and homogeneous paste is formed. 

To apply this mixture, you must shower, take an appropriate portion depending on the area to be treated and apply on the skin, massaging in a circular way for about 5 minutes. Let the mixture work for about 30 minutes and then wash it off with plenty of water. This process must be repeated every day.

Heat And Coconut Oil

Use two tablespoons of pure coconut oil and heat in a water bath, remove from the heat and let it rest until it reaches a tolerable temperature so that you do not have burns, then apply the hot oil on the stretch marks with a gentle circular massage and repeat the process daily.

 Vitamin E And Coconut Oil

Most people are aware of the moisturizing properties of vitamin E and its benefits for the skin, thanks to its beneficial qualities against the effects of premature aging. Therefore, if you mix pure coconut oil with vitamin E, the effects of these two elements are maximized and you will notice the changes that are going to occur in your scars and stretch marks.

For your home remedy you need 5 capsules of vitamin E and 2 large tablespoons of oil extracted from coconut. Heat the oil in a water bath until it has a watery appearance, open the vitamin E capsules, adding its content to the coconut oil. Next, apply this mixture on the stretch marks with gentle circular massages. Leave the mixture for about 10 minutes, then remove with cold water and repeat the process twice a day.

Natural Coconut Oil

To prepare this remedy you will need half a cup of virgin coconut oil, half a cup of aloe vera, if you prefer you can add 5 drops of olive oil and 5 drops of rosehip oil. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl until you form a thick and homogeneous paste. Apply the mixture directly to the skin, gently massaging in a circular motion.
